lol, Complain to your ISP. Explain to them that you're part of a software development project and you need to be able to seed to help the open source community. Also bring up how you're paying for your bandwidth and don't want it limited by them. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |

Edit: I read the page Arainach linked, it says Cogeco does this as well, though that seems obvious. :P There's nowhere I can't reach.

Until they start limiting any encrypted traffic. As I recall some ISPs plan on doing that.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
