I stopped liking the Digimon Series after the second season.

The first season kept my interest and the second season expanded upon that. I also loved the second season because of the great fanfics they came out of it. (Daisuke X Takeru yaois = goodness).

But then the third season came around and it seemed like they didn't even know what to do. I mean, card evolutions? This isn't Yu-Gi-Oh. Everything about that season bugged me. I hoped that would be the end of the Digimon series.

...Then the 4th one came around. It was somehow even worse then the third. I didn't care to really watch it.

I'm curious to see how bad....er...how this season will turn out. >_>

I guess it is good that they are trying new things each season.

I stopped watching Pokemon as well because it was the exact same thing each time. Ash, why won't you die...;_;

As much as I complain about the new Digimon seasons, I'll probably still watch it.

I got my Digimon Character Songs [Limited Edition] CD today....oh, I just had to say that.

Does the main character still have googles?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Yes, there is a lot of shows that start of slow and get better. I believe the 4th season was like that. I am surprised that he doesn't have goggles though. That's a first. Guess last season was the end of the google gang.

But as for the CDs. I purchased the 'Digimon the Movie' soundtrack and the 'Digimon Character Songs' (which cost me $55 bucks @_@) albums. I barely listened the the Character songs album yet though, but I love the Movie soundtrack. Especially since it has the Digimon raps and Hey Digimon, which were some songs I liked in the episodes.

If you're interested in the soundtracks, I could send them to you, if you want.

I'm afraid I don't know any websites or FTPs with High quality Digimon songs, but I can't say I've looked around too much.for any other soundtracks then the 1sr and second seasons.

I rip my CDs with Exact Audio Copy and Lame. I'd PM you both of the albums by later today, hopefully.

I just watched Episode 3.

I must say, the main character is a bit pissy. I don't know if I'm really all that intriuged by this season. The characters seem too common and boring. Angry characters always annoyed me. And the main character is too angry and pushy.

I just think it's a cliche relationship. The whole "angry rebel without a cause" vs the calm person has been overdone.

I guess I like the Naruto and Sasuke relationship more because both are fighting for a purpose and not just mindlessly fighting like so many other main characters.

I didn't like the series at first.

Masura's courage and hardheadedness just made everything move so much quicker. I loved the spiritual evolution everyone went through. It was inspiring.

I thought everything would be done by the time I watched the whole thing through. I get all the way up to 48 and find out I have to wait for a sub. It broke my consistent chain.
