Golden Sun 1 was fairly average. It was a too traditional, too short, and ended all too abruptly. Golden Sun 2, on the other hand, was fantastic. Once you have all 8 characters and a crapload of Djinn, that's when things get really interesting (and at that point the level of customization is high enough that the 2 player battles are actually worth it). Its extra bosses are also some of the hardest I've ever seen, particularly Dullahan.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
