Were you playing in a public game, Saka? Odds are what's been going on is a server exploit that's allowing hackers to duplicate your session ID in-game. A handful of people with authenticators have reported being hacked under such circumstances; authenticators wouldn't be able to prevent anything. So yes, this could be a security flaw that is Blizzard's fault.
[tin foil hat mode]Or maybe they're doing it themselves just to sell authenticators! Though I don't know how well that will play into their strategy of nerfing everything to the point where the RMAH is necessary, so Bobby Kotick can personally create and sell the best items.[/tin foil hat mode]
