Well the actor is Haitian and the native language of Haiti is french, not a huge leap to imagine him speaking with a good accent.

Almost all hour long TV shows are around 30% commercials. This is hardly unique to heroes. Unless you're watching HBO, it's very unusual to have a show more than 42 minutes long for an hour timeslot.

I'd agree with you if this extra material was in any way necessary to one's understanding of the series. I get the feeling that had I read none of the comics (I haven't even bothered with the other stuff), I'd get the same enjoyment out of the show as I do now. It'd make sense to have some of the extras on a DVD set, but complaining because a myspace page isn't on a DVD seems kinda silly when it will in all probability be online.

It's an interesting approach, but I don't see a real downside to it. Those that ignore the extras don't miss much in terms of actual storyline. Those that follow the extras are treated to a bit extra side story.

Beyond that, to think that he wouldn't be effected by the changes because he wasn't in the future "when they happened" shows a total lack of understanding of how this brand of time travel works. I think the only logical conclusion we can draw is that Peter uses Candice's power to make Hiro (and everyone else) think he's Sylar. They're not just going to blame Sylar, they're going to frame him.



Hadn't Peter met Isaac before? o_O Granted, I didn't even remember Molly from way back when, but I'm pretty sure the two had met before Peter's first vision. Anyway, I totally thought that was Audrey, but I wasn't sure until you said it. Must've been the hair.

My assumption had always been that Peter causes the explosion in an attempt to kill Sylar. In an act of desperation he decides that the sacrifice of thousands of New Yorkers is worth ensuring that Sylar is destroyed. That's not to say that's even close to what happens, but it seems unlikely that Peter would frame Sylar for the explosion.
