 It'd be depressing if this whole thing were Live A Live related (99% sure it isn't though, so there's not much point in conjecturing). Presumably they (SE) would dumb down the battle system, add flashy cutscenes and basically ruin everything. Really, the game data for the classic SNES games should be stored on a high-security computer somewhere in the middle of nowhere to distance them from potentially malicious hands---in a storage facility guarded by a moat with disgruntled crocodiles and sharks. and baboons Spoiler:
