If you have Word, simply adjust the page margin on the right hand side so that it allows only 79 characters or less per line.

That would be the top ruler bar in the Word window. Also, nearly every other Word Processor (including WordPad that comes with Winodws XP) will also do this.
To go to WordPad, click Start -> Programs -> Accesories -> WordPad. Use the top center ruler to adjust the margin. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
