So, can we talk about aired episodes without using spoilers? I'll just go ahead and do it.
Nice concept and interesting characters. At first I was kinda put off that the dreams of flying were only camera moves. At the end they did show flight, but it wasn't the greatest use of wireworks and composition. What's up with the brother coming from the side when he was right under him? I thought it was another dude (I was thinking of the bird guy in Survive Style 5+.) Somehow I feel that Cheerleader girl and her dad will eventually rip the same relationship between Angel and his dad in X-Men3. It's going to take me a while to remember people's names.. Spoiler:

I'd say Heroes has the feeling of "LOST" than any other show. Building mysteries upon mysteries and keep viewers wanting more when the show is over. (Although LOST has a more intertwined story with characters' pasts and relations to each other) Let's hope Heroes only gets better each episode they do. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |

That's the same marking as found in Suresh's genetic code study (Mohinder said it's the way to find the supers in ep 2), Isaac's paintings (in future in ep 2), and on the mysterious guy's necklace.

They're having a 3 hour showing of Episodes 2, 3, and 4 tonight on NBC for those who've missed it.
Also, they're going to show some clips from future episodes, I think. edit: Hrmm, and just to liven up the mood again, check this out. People are going nuts for Hiro. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Heh, I'm guilty of getting my cousin and a lot of his friends from his dorm hooked to this show. They're always dying for more after each episode.

check my previous post Get some new people hooked! -- In the last episode with Hiro and Nathan at the Diner, I was hoping that Hero would give him a demonstration of some sort to make him believe. But it seems like Nathan is slightly blowing him off as some crazy Japanese kid or doesn't want to be too involved with the superheroes business. Hell, he didn't even take Hiro's prediction about the bomb too seriously either. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |

I uploaded episode 6 previous post -- While Hiro and Ando were in the bathroom, you can hear one of the guys saying "Hey! who invited her?!" Then the killing happened and you can hear high heeled shoes walking away. And if you guys still follow the comics, Niki definitely has super strength (with her alter ego.) She ripped off a door of a safe with her fingertips. Yikes! I wasn't disappointed at all. Good episode!
Peter doesn't know what Sylar is capable of and doesn't have time to waste to try to master a fraction of it. He barely could use Nathan's and Isaac's at the first time right? The reason why he can use Claire's ability is because it's automatic. Claire doesn't control hers, it just does it by itself. (BTW, Peter stood up when the cops pulled him up.. so his legs are fine now? yay ) IF Peter were to master Sylar's powers ... it would have turned cheesy as hell like Smallville's fight scenes. BTW, When was Charlie killed? From watching the episodes, it just seems like "yesterday" that Charlie was killed. But Mr. Bennet had a picture of her dead. Also Claire's Myspace says there was a killing at the diner LAST WEEK and.. btw homecoming is NEXT WEEK. So does that mean Ando was just chillin at the Diner for 2 weeks? haha I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Isaac's paintings.
Most of them came true. There was also a brief shot of a painting he did of a car exploding, which was Ted (the guy with radiation hands escaping from FBI captivity.) Isaac did the Homecoming paintings in one night. Most of them came true. 2 stood out because it's vague or never came true. 1. First one is the one with Claire running away from Sylar's shadow. That is Sylar's shadow not Peter's because of the way the arms are trying to reach Claire in a creepy way. In the actual event, Peter was actually there too. I think the writers just wanted that painting to serve as an indication that Sylar is after Claire, with the cartoony shadow to convey it. And also not to give away any information that Peter was able to help her. Also in the actual event, it probably won't be believable if the cartoony shadow was still there. The painting is totally accurate, but it served its purpose. Also, in that vision that Isaac saw for this event, the shot of Claire running is a little different from the actual event too. Looks like they made her redo the shot for the later episode to include Peter. 2. The painting that never came true, was Hiro and Ando under the Homecoming banner. The only way they can save themselves with this is if they make those 2 go to the aftermath scene, which probably won't happen. Mr. Bennet Six months ago, he told Eden to get Claire of Chandra Suresh's list. Looks like she failed since Sylar was able to find Claire. Sylar So how does he "steal" people's power? They make him a fixer of watches.. and of brains too, but don't show how. Does he examine the other Hero and then does brain surgery on himself? If so, I didn't see any bandages or scars when he went back to Suresh the next day with telekinetic powers. Maybe after he got the telekinetic powers, he can alter his brain by just thinking about it, but how'd he do it in the first place? Maybe they just need a shot of him munching on some brains. That'll end the questions. Why did he need Claire in the first place? He was able to live from the shots of Matt's gun. Looks like he didn't need Claire's regen powers if he was moving just fine afterwards. Unless he wants to kill everyone until only he is left. Anyone notice this? But the first time we see Sylar, the actor looks totally different from who he is played by now. Before it was a middle-age white guy with a scruffy beard. Now it's a younger, bastard child of Brandon Routh and Lou Ferrigno. Most amazing jew boots |

We all know that he can paint the future. But what if .. when he's not on drugs.. he paints.. the past? He drew the comic of Hiro and Charlie, clean. And Hiro vs. T-rex was while clean too. OK. Maybe stupid theory. Dream sequence: I think Nathan will fly Peter out too. That's why he was the only one walking towards Peter, he was the only one capable of saving him. (Couldn't Haitian man technically stop Peter too?) Anyways.. remember that Preview NBC made of upcoming eps? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4TFLlVrJi0 I remember seeing all of the scenes except one at 1:45 into the video Nathan says, "How fast do you think we can fly" I'm assuming he's talking to Peter.. Similar incident. One time I was reading media of the Winter Olympics on nbc.com. I told a friend who was in Japan (at the time) to check out the NBC site too, but for some odd reason he couldn't. Could there possibly be a country limitation at NBC? I would suggest to torrent or get the eps from my sendspace uploads (though i'm about to stop uploading because it doesn't seem like anyone was downloading from it.) Back on the topic of Heroes. I can't remember well, but is NBC still continuing the comics even though the show is on hiatus?
