I really like the guitar music. I hope it's as good or even better than the MGS3 ost.
Is it really possible to control the way you roll in a barrel? I'm also confused whether or not those Gecko's are really powerful or not. In the other trailer, they smashed a lot of soldiers really fast, but it seemed kinda slow when fighting Snake. And what kind of idiot wouldn't see a small robot go up and tazer your nuts? And it looks like Kojima is still using the homosexual themes in this game too. At the end where Snake poses as a statue, he props his left hand on the other statue's family jewels. (And somehow his mask is gone, without him taking it off with his hands.) How ya doing, buddy? |

I liked the old version of Meryl too. This new one, she just seems like a generic background female soldier but with Meryl's hair shape. I was hoping she kept some distinct facial feature.

Yeah, the Japanese voice of Snake does fit his aged look whereas the English version doesn't really fit the old Snake that well. Towards the end of Snake's part in the trailer he did kinda have his voice a little bit lower and gruntier(?), but I wonder if David Hayter can keep it up throughout.
Am I the only one who's not too impressed by Vamp's and Raiden's dance fighting? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Wow, I think that's the first time I've seen the bosses actively attacking at the same time. I like the chaos created there.
But it does feel a little awkward. You have a beast thing crying all the time, a chick laughing uncontrollably, and a guy yelling "rage! rage! rage!." Is Liquid is trying to recreate his old FOXHOUND team (keeping the animal names.. ) Also, I wonder if those bosses actually have any talent (skill or supernatural.) It seems like anyone can wear those powered suits and have super-human abilities. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
