Did you finalize the disks with the camcorder?
I vague on this, but I made the same mistake of using VR mode once. If you can get your computer to read the discs, I think the movie's extension is VRO. After searching videohelp.com, I think I eventually imported the VRO file into TMPGEnc and converted it to a usable format. and..what's Windsors? Jam it back in, in the dark. |

He still needed to finalize the discs.
Normally those mini-RW aren't suppose to be playable until you finalize them. But some newer DVD Players and players with the same brand as the mini DVD-RW disc itself have the ability to play them without finalizing. ie. a Sony mini DVD-RW disc can play unfinalized on a Sony DVD Player, but not work on a cheap "no name" brand player (and computer.)
