Over-clocking Video Card

I have a 128 MB Internal Videocard (came with the package). It's about 2 years old, Would it be safe to over clock it? If so, what's a reliable program I can use?

edit: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family to be specific.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Btw, do you have any suggestions for a cheap vid card? And capable of running HL2 nicely. =)
