I'm kind of glad I don't live there now.
I mean, in LA you've got a lot of crime too, but apparently mexicans don't kill each other as much as blacks. Or the mexicans just don't bother reporting it because there's more where that one came from Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Usually it has nothing to do with being afraid. People in neighborhoods like that don't like cops.
They wouldn't talk to them or help them even if it were their own Mother who was shot. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
