Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with movie-makers today?
I don't know if you've seen this trailer yet, but this is absolute dog shit. Pun intended. It's for the upcoming movie "Underdog," which is a cartoon to movie translation of my favorite cartoon as a child.
Just by watching the trailer, they absolutely butchered it. They "modernized" it to the point where it's ridiculous. Underdog was a far different character than they make him out to be in those trailers. He was umm... I don't know, maybe more mature? Cheesy, even? Here's an episode of Underdog for those of you that aren't familiar with the old cartoon.
The same is happening to Alvin and the Chipmunks, it's ridiculous. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
