Avril Lavigne is unrightfully spotlighted once again

So, it turns out that Avril's song-writing skills are in question again. Despite her proving numerous times that she is quite possibily the most talented female vocalist/song-writer to ever live, people still question her integrity.

(July 10) -- Avril Lavigne's "The Best Damn Thing" album is turning out to be just the opposite for the Canadian mall-punk singer, as yet another very much similar song comparison has come forward.

This time, it's a song by fellow Canadian female artist Peaches -- "I'm the Kinda," which was released in 2003, which sounds quite similar to Lavigne's new song "I Don't Have to Try." In both songs, a simple staccatto synthesized drum beat plays as the lyrics are delivered in a rap-like spoken word delivery. The vocals in both have nearly the same cadence.

No, I'm not. She was one of the most inventive and creative writer's of punk music, hands down.
