AntiVirus 2009

So yesterday I was checking out a site and BOOM! I get a pop up that says that my computer has been infected with a virus and I should install this Antivirus program to protect my computer.
I have been been downloading a lot of stuff lately and half of them have been junk torrents, so I'm a bit paranoid of a virus getting onto my computer and figure "what the hey, another antivirus program can't hurt...can it?

After a few moments the scan is done and OH FUCK! 32 infections found! Who knew my computer was this bad?! My other scanners only show between 1-3 things. I go to delete them and it says that I need to purchase the thing for $49.99...FUCK

I exit and five minute later the damn thing pops again...I exit again over and over, a vicious circle of pop up after frustrating pop up.

I've tried deleting it, K_tak's tried...the damn thing won't delete. I tried googling and found a site that described it, and a way to delete it...but that way involved downloading another program called "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" that I've never heard of so I'm not sure how valid it is. I'd like to either know if there is another way to go about deleting it, or if any one knows anything about "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware" before I download yet another program.

Any help, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I more or less wanted a testimony that Malwarebytes worked...a friend from the forum just told me that the same happened to him, and he used the program to get rid of it, and it worked. I'm trying it now...

There's nowhere I can't reach.
