You're quite right, just noticed it, it's where the beat skips for about a fraction of a second, just after the song kicks in, right? Well, in case it helps you confirm anything, there you have it. But are you able to remedy this? I think editing would be fairly easy but since I missed this detail (never been into Street Fighter music) I'm just too tired to go through that rip again.

I forgot to tell you; I've finished the rip, 30 tracks, VBR. I had to mix it myself, so it's not 100% original but I included all the samples I could find and tried my best at recreating the original music from the game. I'll be releasing it shortly, as I'm kind of busy right now.

The files are in IFF-MIDI XMID format. I haven't got any proper MIDI playing software but I'm sure you could find something that supports .xmi files if you google for it.

I prefer just fading out the first 10 seconds of the third loop, but it's all good so long as you get the two full loops. Fade out is a matter of opinion, like SuperSonic said.
