Well I'm struggling at the moment to actually get to sleep, but on those odd occasions where I do actually need to stay awake, I always find keeping busy helps. If you just sit there, say, watching a movie, or typing away at the computer, it's not going to help at all.
So at 4am, just randomly decide to start spring cleaning. Perfect solution. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
