Download the latest version of ImgBurn. The creator of Decrypter wasn't able to continue his DVD ripping program but left us all with a heck of a burning app.

It certainly can but good luck locating a .exe of Decrypter nowadays. Good thing I kept a backup of it on my flashdisk but since the Decrypter days, there have been major improvements.
