The same thing happens to me, though; the earlier I fall to sleep, the sooner I seem to wake up. I get 4 hours of sleep sometimes. But unfortunately, it is not sufficient enough for me. I usually end up going back to sleep in 5 or 6 hours. So, I have some ludicrous sleeping habits.

I think i'll have to keep going with this schedule to get a good rhythm going, as i've heard it's the best way, to wake up the same time no matter how much you sleep.

Waking up at the same time no matter how much you sleep can make you very tired, but this can work to your benefit. I suggest not taking any naps. The first few days, you may find yourself really tired by the end of the day. You may even find yourself going to sleep earlier because of it. That's when your schedule sort of evens out. You will wake up at the same time, but get more sleep.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
