Heh, I'm probably one of the worst typers on here then... I use my middle fingers only (and that includes the spacebar).
Thankfully my speed has improved through practice but its still looks and feels a bit awkward. My lack of motivation stops me from devising a better method, but to be honest, if I really cared that much I would've done something about it by now. What matters is it works for me at the moment.  Jam it back in, in the dark.
