1) Do you level your guys up SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what’s expected for the current level/boss?
Yes yes yes. Almost always with almost every game. It gives me deep satisfaction completely pwning a boss which gave me trouble, say, 5 hours beforehand.

2) Do you level your guys up so they can fight the boss on more “equal” footing, but still have some difficulty?
It only tends to happen the first quarter/half of the game. I know at some point I'll have to stop and level like crazy. I've just gotta do it...

3) Do you level only certain party members in which ever RPG you might be playing, or do you go the full nine yards and get everyone maxed out?
Depends. The first time I play, I'll probably only have a core team of 1337ers I use until I complete it. Then I'll finish the job on that same save. Sometimes I'll just go all out.

4) What RPG do you recall has having the longest time spent on pure leveling up? Alright, running to the local town to restock supplies you can count, as long as it’s mainly just raising the level of your characters?
The earlier FF's, about 20-30 hours. The most recent, times by 10. Actually, FF10 must've took the most time, since I maxxed everyones sphere grids and collected just about everything there was to collect. I'm such a fucking perfectionist.

5) Do you normally level up in every RPG you play? By that - ie grinding like an over-worked bitchy mom.
I don't think I need to answer that

Just to clarify, my RPG repotire(?) extends to the FF games only. I have played others, but they don't hold my attention as much. I know that doesn't make a great difference, but there ya go. I'm waffling again, aren't I? :shh:

Jam it back in, in the dark.
Merchant: "You’re that thief, Locke, aren’t you?"
Locke: "Hey! Call me a Treasure Hunter, or I’ll rip your lungs out!"
