[Classic] Dreamcast Love it or hate it?

Ah, the Dreamcast. The typical case of console being pushed into mud by hype only even though it was leagues ahead of the competition. It was a wonderful console with some truly peerless games, but unfortunetaly Metal Gear Solid 2 completely disabled it from the market. SEGA being completely retarded at selling a console didnt help either - I can't think up any of the well executed things from their previous generation that they repeated, only their faults.
A great loss for gaming, since the machine could've been kept alive up to this day by a smarter, perhaps richer company. It was certainly powerful enough to be so.
