I'm personally a fan of having it cooked medium, myself, though if I'm cooking it frozen, I'll usually try to cook it more. When I cook it, I'll soak it Worcestershire sauce and add salt and pepper, but I never put anything else on it when I sit down to eat it. Seems wrong, somehow. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
