From what I remember of the japanese version, only certain weapons have the special attacks. I believe you get Alicia's first one in the second dungeon. Break Combo's seemed to be completely random though...

My apologies. Didn't know about that. Either way I hate leveling up a character so much only to have THAT happen... I personally won't bother with the items.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

The tutorial said it happens when you break off a certain body part. I dunno if there's certain things that makes this occure more often, but I do know that there's a skill to boost the chance.

Am I the only person that misses the Skill system from part 1? Not that this one is complicated or anything, but I much preffered the use of CP, and books to learn skills. This whole thing they got here has been done already... I also am not such a big fan of the whole running around thing. I liked the simple yet fun battle system of part 1 more. This game is still awesome though...
