Really? Metroid Prime: Hunters worked great IMO.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Point taken. How about Resident Evil: Deadly Silence? Looked like a perfect port to me. Or maybe I need my eyes checked...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Tekken: Dark Ressurection PSP, is (arguably) the only example of a fighting game done right on a handheld. That's only because it has a 4 button control scheme though. Therefore, I think there should be a new Tekken or Soul Calibur for DS. I know Tekken was done on Advance, but it would at least look a hell of a lot better on the DS.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Nobody objected to my Resident Evil example. How about Super Mario DS? New Super Mario Bros. is 3D too. (even though it plays like a 2D game)

And Dark Resurrection is on the PSP, not DS, and it's not like the DS could handle that.
I suggested Street Fighter? Maybe I'm not the one that needs my eyes checked. Read my post again carefully please.

I was speaking idiomatically.

I didn't say that you said that. I was just reffering to a post I made earlier in the thread. Either way, I still stand by Soul Calibur and Tekken as possible good DS fighters. KOF was pretty good for GBA also, so I don't see why it can't work on the DS. I already read somewhere that they are working on a DS one anyway. I also still stand by the fact that DS CAN do 3D right. Sure not as good as the PSP, but there are examples of good looking 3D DS games.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Move slow? They were moving fine for me. Heck Resident Evil: DS was much faster than the PSone version. It even looks a little better too. Sorry guys. I just don't see what you all see.

Well I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree then. I blame playing Phoenix Wright for this train of thought, but I have yet to see any hard evidence that DS can't do any sort of 3D game right. I think if it's on the low end side of the graphics department, it can acomplish a lot.

To stick to the thread discussion, I would love to see a Shock Troopers style game for the DS! Any form of arcade shoot em ups at least. Would also be intersted to see what they can do with a Metal Slug DS. Imagine fighting a boss airplane that stays in the upper screen while you're dodging a shitload of bullets on the bottom screen, and shooting up at it at the same time! Can get pretty intense! Just gotta remember, not EVERY DS game should utilize the touch screen. IMO though, every DS game SHOULD utilize the dual screens. The possibilities are endless. Just gotta have a good concept.

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?
