I don't think that classifies him as heel. He's just looking for the biggest challenge, and Joe is pretty much it.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Paul Haymen is now gone from ECW, and the future of the company is in question...
From PW Insider: THE WHOLE STORY ON PAUL HEYMAN LEAVING WWE by Dave Scherer @ 5:41:00 PM on 12/4/2006 As Mike reported a few minutes ago, Paul Heyman is gone from WWE. From talking to a number of people in company, the impression I received was that Vince McMahon was irate about how awful the PPV was last night and wanted to pin the blame on Heyman for it. Anyone who knows anything about Heyman's booking, as I have for years now, have a pretty good idea that the show was much more McMahon than Heyman. But according to people I spoke with, Heyman got pinned with the blame for it with the theory being that "he is caught in the past and doesn't understand the new vision of ECW". You know, the vision that ends PPVs a half hour early and makes the fans boo what WWE creative books for them. The problems started yesterday at the ECW PPV when everyone realized that the show really stunk. Heyman was said to be unhappy with the way that the show was booked (big shock right) and sources backstage told me that he voiced that concern both before the show and after it. People at TV told me today that it was obvious that there were issues between Vince McMahon and Heyman because of the how the show played out on pay TV, with everyone knowing it was a disaster. Problems carried over from last night and led to the incidents that happened today. A number of sources told me that there was a meeting today around two o'clock with Heyman, Vince McMahon and Stephanie McMahon-Levesque at the building. Heyman came out the meeting and seemed like his normal self, with no one I talked to having any idea that something bad had happened. Shortly thereafter, Heyman gathered his things and left the building to go home. The word going around from everyone I talked to is that this is not a storyline in any way and he is legitimately done with the company. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

I was speaking idiomatically.

To swerve things in a bit of a different direction. (an to any ROH followers out there) Takeshi Morishima defeated Homicide last night to win the ROH World Title! Lots of buzz going around because of this.
On a personal note: Konnan/Steiner > * on the mic. Only people that come close are the Rock, Mick Foley, and CM Punk. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

He was a former ECW champion. He signed with WCW while he was still ECW champion, so ECW and WWF had a joint thing where Tazz went to ECW to win the title offa him, and he jobbed the title to Tommy Dreamer on a WWF show. He was also the "Fat Chick Thriller" in WCW. He was known best for doing power bombs from various positions through tables.

Anyone see ECW last night? Punk beat Nitro with KENTA's Go to Sleep finisher! I love when they bust out japanese moves for the marks!
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

Those are the rubber mats used on the playgrounds (hence the park atmoshpere). I have several friends that are pro trained and wrestle/have wrestled in indy feds. I learned/am still learning from them. Here's a music vid of some of them: http://youtube.com/watch?v=2ONhbxtC3ds If anything, bumping on that feels better than a actual ring. I'm still not sure if i'm gonna even try to go pro in the future though, but it's a possibility for me.
Ok, that's enough thread derailment from me! To comment on RAW, it had decent build up, but no note worthy matches. I did miss the Carlito vs Mr. Kennedy match though. I also have a feeling and hope that Mr. Kennedy ends up being Vince's child. Anything that helps get Mr. Kennedy over is great in my book! There's nowhere I can't reach.

Another dude that goes by the name of William Black (formerly known as Reaper) already uses the F-5. I go in between using my own little modified version of the FU, and a actual DVD depending on whether my victim has a fear of getting dumped on his head or not.
dagget, I assume you breathed in when you bumped? That was something I had to learn the hard way too. Also, avoiding letting your head slam on the mat during a bump is a chore at first too. My friend gave me a good tip and told me to keep my eyes fixated on something that's elevated the whole time I go down. Inside a ring it would be the top rope. Either way, I stick to using Austin bumps (my hands slap out above my head) most of the time. It's the most comftorable style for me and slapping out on the sides all the time can make some moves come out awkward. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Next Raw should be very interesting after this news:
Spoiler:
That kills off 2 of their top storylines right there. It's time for the lower card to step up and show what they got! I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

It gets worse

My mistake, but it was called the Teardrop Suplex. Dunno how I got it confused with Tully Blanchard's slingshot suplex. Either way, here it is. (although he's done it better)

Japan is big on the no selling concept. Second wins tend to make matches more exciting and less predictable.

Let's talk about good wrestling. I just watched the epic 6 man Dragon Gate rules tag match from ROH's Supercard of Honor II. Now that's pro wrestling at its finest!

I'll see if I can find links to some good matches to start you up on. Their website is ROH Wrestling

I'm one of the few that's not a huge Fan of Aries and Roderick Strong. They can still entertain me though, just not the guys I would go absolutly out of my way to see over and over again.
My favorite ROH regulars are: Claudio Castagnoli American Dragon Bryan Danielson (Sorry Angle fans, but THIS is the best wrestler in the world today) Delirious Jay and Mark Brisco (BEST TAG TEAM EVER) Jimmy Jacobs BJ Whitmer A lot of the current X Division guys in TNA, and Samoa Joe, all had much better days in ROH too. Here's a good quickie I found after a quick search. The current ROH World Champion (he's the Pure Champ in this vid. thank god that belt is gone now >_<) Nigel McGuinness vs Delirious (He's a great worker and a unorthodox character) ROH - Nigel McGuinness vs. Delirious And that's just a quick match. Every DVD has mostly 20+ minute epic showdowns. Nearly the whole library is worth a purchase for sure. The booker is a amazing story teller too. Here's a great thread, on their boards, to help you if you wanna start watching their earlier stuff. Here's another quickie match with the Briscoes. I don't know the guys they're fighting, but the one in the blue tights is a great seller. Very enjoyable match.
ROH - The Briscoes vs. SJK and Jason Blade And here's the first of the 2 legendary six man dragon gate tag matches in ROH. One of the best matches you will EVER see. ROH - Do Fixer vs Blood Generation (full match) Extreme Video on IMEEM Video It's hard to go back to WWE and, sometimes, TNA when ya watch stuff like this on a regular basis. FELIPE NO

Oh, I totally forgot to add them to my favorites list. The ROH crowd can be overly unforgiving at times. A few have come back from being booed out of the building, to fan favorite regulars. Kevin Steen, and The Carnage Crew are two that come to mind. One of the best things about ROH though, is the storytelling through the booking. While promos do take a back seat, there's still amazing stories being told. You just have to put a little thought into it. The current thing with Nigel McGuinness is freakin booking GENIUS!

Jam it back in, in the dark.

That's the problem. It shouldn't be thought of as being "done with his push". WWE needs these former champs to all be top contenders at all times so the title picture can stay "fresh".
As for the cruiserweight title, it was already dead when Vince neutered it by not allowing several of the more spectacular high flying moves. The only flip that's being allowed these days is a freakin moonsault! There's nowhere I can't reach.
