honestly, i used to punch holes in walls and when i was younger i got mad at video games and my nes and snes controllers took quite a beating from being thrown at a wall...
but now, im glad to say all my anger issues are under control, and i don't react physically when im pissed. sure, ill still shout obscenities, but who doesn't right? haha... Jam it back in, in the dark.
