If I leave a message, the person might call me back. Generally speaking this is at a time when I no longer need whatever it was I was calling about. Then I've got to waste time on the phone talking about nothing, you know, inquiring about the kids, the family, the weekend, school, job, etc.
Nah, if I call someone, it's because I want to talk about something right then, not whenever's convenient for the other person. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
