This sentence just strikes me as ridiculous. I'm just thinking about the logic. If you don't wear underwear, you are not fit to raise children. The contrapositive is that you are fit to raise children if you wear underwear.

Granted, she's still a rabid whore whose only value lies in the entertainment derived from her disgrace. Still though, underwear and parenting are being too closely related here, I think.
