All PS3 games are region free so importing is always a possibility as you can play any PS3 game on any PS3. Blu-Ray movies are, however, region encoded.

For those who have played it, do these unknown soldier's soul (and other souls of this variety) have any other purpose other than consumption? I'll be holding onto the boss souls after having read this thread, but I've gotten quite a few of these other souls, but am afraid to use them.

This game is definitely a lot of fun so far and I've died my fair share of deaths. I've only cleared area 1-1 for now and have explored 1-2 (that dragon sucks...but so do the dogs...), 2-1, and 3-1 (those octopus things...if they paralyze you, good luck...) a bit. Can't wait to play it again tonight.

This. My god, those skeletons are a PAIN IN THE ASS (ESPECIALLY THAT FUCKER with the dual katanas). I also agree that 2-1 isn't too bad. So now, I've beaten 1-1, 2-1, and 3-1, and as much as I want to try 5-1, I fear it's more sadistic than 4-1...

EDIT: Yeah...fuck 4-1. I lost 9000 souls there just recently...first time I couldn't make it back to my body too...fuck.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
