As for me, I think this album is fairly good. There are only 6 arrangements that I actually listen to anymore, but it's a solid performance for the most part. Not my favorite arranged album, but it's a very good one. As for the best album from Square, that may be, but they really don't have too much on their plate for this year. I much prefer the Black Mages III. Sure, it's not published by Square, but it is Square music.
