Conicidently I just got into mugen (wow, how to miss a train, eh?) and have about 22 chracters and 10 or so stages (I'm not aiming for some mass orgy of fighting the likes of EvE accomidates and I'm not haveing 10 versions of Ryu).

Oh yeah, and I have Nagato Yuki from Haruhi and (even better) she has a "Hoto-no-Ken"-ism and even has a fatial KO to go with it (Complete with "You WA SHOCK!" instrimental).

Well, there is that.

Of course, if the topic is going be about "things about MUGEN that get up your bum", I'd have to say the thousand and one "Devil"/"God" clones of Ryu and Ken that are made (Started, of course, by the Evil Ryu Clone in Street Fighter 3 Aplha Upper), stinks of unorgionality as far as i'm concerned.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

You know something? I think great attention to detail comes when someone actualy codes in animation to attacks like "midnight bliss" (Demitri, DarkStalkers).

Not to mention, it would be halerious to see The Mighty Thor reduced to a cute girl :P.

Unfortuantely, teh only answer I can give you is that it's effected by how the "Chracter" stages are defined, that being, what stages are attached to the chracters.

For example my select.def looks a bit like...

In this case, "Vfgcaptin" would be stage 1, "Final Destination" Stage 2 and "GameCrown and Osa P" stage 3 on the stage select list, Vanity Paradice Stage 4 and so on.

This, however, can be a pain in the arse if you want a given order to both your level list and your Select screen as it's pritty impossible to have one wihtout the other (especaily if you want your training level to be the first one).

I wasn't. I was merely using her as an example of custom-made characters that are more original than merely using an exact copy of a commercial game character, but still heavily based on another creator's IP.

Ella uses Freeman's (a character from the Garou/Fatal Fury series) sprite and is based on the character Sadako from the Ringu/Ring series of horror films.

Not to mention, uses horror cleshes like Psyco and such.

Yeah, cause not downloading anything so helps the comunity anyway.

I'm not saying that no one shoudn't be credited, but it's both ways, Creators should't be stuck up.

I gave Tall Zero a working over, yeah, uh he's cheap. Like 5 Hyper Combo levels and weak punches that wipe an opponet's face off the earth cheap.

So I nutered him somewhat (Made his Power 3000 (1lv per thousand) and his attack and def lesso)

Also, learning what power does has made my life a ton easyer, all the JoJo's chracters (who have 10 HC levels) and my NxC Kos-Mos (again, 10lv) totaly glitched up my DoubleRes SF3 Livebar.
