My relationship with my parents is close. Well, maybe not that close, eg. parents who call their children 'darling' or 'love'.
Both my mom and dad are understanding. We can sit down and discuss problems together. I guess in my case, it is a typical, strict (boring, or old fashioned, if you prefer to call it) Chinese family in Malaysia where in the daytime, everyone's off to work and at night, we'll enjoy tv programmes in the living hall. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
