I'm no fan of the series (by a long shot), but I have to say from what I've played of it at a friend, this is one of the better instalments. The broken parry system has been kinda fixed, and it looks pretty. It's still a pretty flimsy game in my opinion, but I think that's by design.
Gotta like the spectator mode though, best mode ever. Even Tecmo seems to know that the gameplay is inferior to the visuals.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
