Hmm... I'm guessing the first screen cap is from Gintama where that Madao guy is on trial and they whip out that box of his pr0n. I swear I saw that old jiji in Gintama as well -- that is a fairly common character design though so I'm not too sure...

Judging from the girl with the scar on her face (and the catgirl ^^) I would say Ruin Explorers... I can't remember for the life of me what that anime was about though ~~~
