There's really not much I do if the situation is not manageable. If it's things out of my control, I just deal with it and really don't do anything about it.
If it's considering a disease - I would let doctors deal with it. However, if the doctors would tell me to stop doing certain things and/or start eating different types of foods...then that's something that I have control of. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
