too much salt [or any amount of it] can be offsetted by eating bananas. The bananas "carrys" the salt out of your body ...fasst. I think it's the potassium that does the trick. Same with O.J.
Worst thing I ever did related to food? ummmmmmm. I'm thinking.... Cannot think of any shameful things in the last 10 years. I've been known to consume a whole pizza pie [ at least meduim size]. I remember my mother used to make German chocolate pie and Iwould eat all of it plus soda [some of the pie was suppose to be for other family members]. That was greedy! Jam it back in, in the dark.
