I know this takes the bold assumption that Moldavan youth are like American youth politically, but seeing as how the term "re-elected" was used I'm assuming there was a vote, and from there I'm wondering how many of those students bothered to get up and vote?
Of course then there's as they said in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, "Democracy only works in your favor if your side wins. Otherwise you might as well live in some totalitarian state." Although I should let my pessimistic side down long to enough to acknowledge those students probably are just smarter than the majority and recognize that a communist state will never be as powerful or prosperous as a free market will. Communism works in developing countries, but once a stable economy has been established free market allows for stronger growth. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
