I'm close to requesting that all Suikoden music be deemed ineligible. I realize there are arranged albums out there that people might not have heard, but still, we've seen more than our fair share of Suikoden music here at GFF, and there have been some arranged tracks nominated for SotW in the past.
It just doesn't really fit in with the purpose of SotW, in my mind. But if others think music from arranged albums is still unknown and thus fitting for SotW, then that's fine. Let's get some opinions, though. Jam it back in, in the dark.

Latest music rips (updated January 10, 2012): SimCity DS - Jazz/ambient/electronic music including interesting reworkings of songs from the fantastic SimCity 3000 soundtrack Cold Winter Original Game Music Score - Really cool; dark, full, emotional strings mixed with drums, piano, choir. Kind of like Furious Angels? Play-Asia - Japanese CDs, game soundtracks, game imports, & more

I really liked Bedtime Puzzler, particularly the rhythmic singing in its hook and then at around 4:00. Larmes de la lune was a great piece; the music box and piano sections are my favorites. This is My Happiness is a very fun song, though I enjoyed it more for its musical style than the questionable singing. Actually, the more I listen to it, the more endearing the singing gets.
![]() I wish I could award Larmes de la lune and This is My Happiness 1 1/2 points each. I like them about the same, but I don't want to drop both of them down to 1 point, because they're on another level than whatever other song I would make the last 1-pointer. Landeel was solid, but bland, as orion said. Primordial Forest was actually pretty cool; I like the pizzicato strings. The percussion in the background was also a nice touch. Goal 2 was a nice little tune as well. All three songs got consideration for points. Skilled Spear did nothing for me. Guruguru Tonight was OK but not good enough for point contention. Bedtime Puzzler - 3 This is My Happiness - 2 Larmes de la lune - 1 There's nowhere I can't reach.

Wow, the three songs I voted for turned out to be the top 3 (though not in the same order). That's rare.
Congratulations on your first gold nomination, TheKnightOfNee. ![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
