I finally discovered who composed the music for one of my favorite game soundtracks of all time, Dr. Brain Action Reaction (I kid you not).
Giorgio Bertuccelli Michael Skloff Never heard of them, but then, I've never heard of most non-vgm composers. Skloff's worked on a bunch of TV series according to IMDB, and Bertuccelli's done some TV series as well as a couple Italian movies. I wish I knew if they composed for any other games. The funny thing is that the music never even played in the game for whatever reason, but it's on the disc as Redbook Audio. Jam it back in, in the dark.

Latest music rips (updated January 10, 2012): SimCity DS - Jazz/ambient/electronic music including interesting reworkings of songs from the fantastic SimCity 3000 soundtrack Cold Winter Original Game Music Score - Really cool; dark, full, emotional strings mixed with drums, piano, choir. Kind of like Furious Angels? Play-Asia - Japanese CDs, game soundtracks, game imports, & more

Another one for you, orion. I recently ripped Bo Jackson's Hit and Run! Baseball and Football (GB) and found that Ed Bogas composed the music for it. Apparently, he's a pretty well-known TV and film composer who's worked on a lot of animated stuff (such as Peanuts and Garfield specials). That's according to his Wikipedia entry and his website.
Here's the Mobygames listing of other titles he's worked on, for the curious. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

As there are a bunch of Dr. Brain games, you should specify that the one Giorgio Bertuccelli and Michael Skloff worked on is Dr. Brain: Action Reaction.
