There was one story arc involving a, I shit you not, aging pill as a possible substitute for long term incarceration. Cyrill ages a lot, it last about two weeks, and then they drop the subject, Cyrill is back to normal, and they all act like that story arc never even happened. Other than that, it's top quality all the way through.

Yea, it was the strangest thing I'd ever seen. It was just out of nowhere, and they ran with it... and suddenly it was just gone, and they ignored it. Which was nice, because it was fucking awful... however, the boxsets are worth it, mate. Hours of entertainment.
Edit: Of course Deadwood is better than Oz. But Oz is still awesome, you git. *shakes a fist* Also, season 2 has the Swearengen / Bulloch fight. What more do you need? There's nowhere I can't reach. John Mayer just asked me, personally, through an assistant, to sing backup on his new CD. |
