There was an anime that I've been wanting to see for awhile now, but I just can't remember the name of it. It follows Suzumiya Akane from Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien. That's about all I know about it right now though. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

 What anime is this from? I know I saw a couple episodes of it, but it was quite some time ago. It's about a highschool student who has to take care of a little girl in grade school after her mother abandons her. Or something along those lines anyway. That's about the extent of what I remember.
