I've always been a GameSpot whore, and I've found that paying the money simply to not have to deal with the massive floodstorm of advertisements is a really great deal. It makes the site feel a lot cleaner.
Also, as other people pointed out, IGN's ad disabling thing is a load of bullshit. It's not worth any amount of money to only get the option unlocked to move through 100 menus and disable MOST of the ads. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
