I have 'em, and it really depends on your HDTV. Mine handles it marginaly better, but in general seems to hate it whenever anything isn't at the right aspect ratio. The component cables help marginally but they're no replacement for having a system designed for HD in the first place.

Could be my TV is just an asshole, though.
