Baronade is definitely my favorite part of the entire game. That battle... it's just wow. It just flows so smoothly. It's definitely on my top 5 list of greatest boss battles EVER.

After hearing that, I must now pull out my N64 and holographic Majora's Mask cart, load up the old save file, and beat the game again. Oh, and pray that it doesn't overheat and freeze on the Kafei/Anju quest, where you've done EVERYTHING BUT WAITING FOR KAFEI TO SHOW UP AT THE END!

That pissed me off so much... I had like maybe 3 hours to go game time before he showed up, and all of a sudden, the game plays a sound effect of birds flying off. I'm like "WTF?" and all of a sudden, part of the warp animation shows up on the screen and the game freezes. IT WAS THE LAST FUCKING MASK BEFORE I HAD EVERY ONE TOO!

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

But the question is will they be the Zora from OoT onward, or from the originals to Link's Awakening?

I think that it'll be the latter, myself. It would fit in with the darker theme, if nothing else.

Another odd thing about this is that it doesn't fit Nintendo's usual business practice. I'm not the most well-versed Nintendo historian, but this has got to be one of, if not the only, title that's been so highly anticipated and hyped up and delayed for seemingly no real reason.

As far as I know, Nintendo's never really been one to hold back a game from the fan's for very long, but surely they know that Twilight Princess should've been in gamers' hands over a year ago. Any intelligent gamer knows this, so obviously Nintendo must. If they didn't, they wouldn't have put it on the Wii, presumably. At this point, any other delay is utterly absurd on their part, and in my opinion all of the delays have been utterly absurd, save for the very, very first one.
All I have to say in response to your entire post is this: Ocarina of Time.

I win. =D

a.k.a. the game that got delayed for around 2 years before it was released.

It can be in 4:3 if you want.

I have the same problem myself (plus the additional problem of no widescreen TVs AT ALL).

How ya doing, buddy?

On the third temple now. The lava in the second one was an utter BITCH. ;_;

Also, is anybody else noticing a LOT of similarities between this game and Ocarina of Time? The music, the dungeons (not the design, but you'll see eventually), and other stuff I can't remember.

Anyway, I fell in love with this game yesterday. The moment it happened was when...

DELICIOUS[/spoil:
I jousted with a moblin on a pig's back on a bridge with no safety rails, while the entrances to the bridge were blocked by bonfires. Such an utterly cool moment. <333

So yeah. LOVE this game now. =D

Spoiler:
Go to the room with the rotating stairs, and jump in the water. Swim to the pillar and get up, and the door to the boss is there. Took me a while to figure it out, too.

Just so long as you don't give me a Goron hug.

That was the creepiest scene in the entire game. Screw the Shadow Temple, screw Ganondorf, screw Morpha ass-raping Link every time he/she/it caught you in the tentacles, the Goron Hug was the one thing in the game that creeps me out the most.

Link was right to run away screaming.

Naah, I'm about to go to bed anyway. Besides, if I see the Midna porn, then it would take me forever to get it up as I would be busy fapping.

And yes, I realize I am way too horny for my own good.

Alternatively, if you're a wolf, then the game will semi-automate the process (and it will look REALLY cool at the same time).

Spoiler:
Beat the game last night. To be honest, it threw some surprises at me. I thought for ages that Zant was actually Ganon in disguise, so it sorta threw me for a loop when it turned out not to be so.

Overall, it's a great game, but... well, it just sorta dropped off after you got the fused shadows. Up until there, you had an EXCELLENT introductory scene, one of the most badass moments in the game with the Kakariko Village horseback scene, the excellent scene where the powers of the shadows are explained, and a ton of other moments I can't remember. But you get the master sword for what appears to be no other reason than "hay guys you're a hero get the master sword kk?" And when that resistance group shows up... ugh. Those guys were the low point of the game. They served literally no purpose other than to show you where you were going. You never got a feeling of what they were doing (you were TOLD they were trying to break the barrier, but then why are they going to places that apparently have no relation at all to the task they said they set themselves out?), and they were just very flat, unappealing characters.

Overall, the game could've been served well with more development time, I think. The latter half of the game just didn't have the polish that the excellent first part of the game did, and it was a little disappointing.

Oh, and the boss battles were way too friggin' easy, and way too friggin' short.

Going to restart the game. Going to go for the 3-heart challenge, myself. Even with the nerfed-to-shit boss damage, it should be a lot harder than the OOT 3-heart challenge if for no other reason than you can't cheese Nayru's Love over and over.

Yeah.

Oh, and I just thought of something that would make the game so friggin' hard.

No Z-target challenge.

I will admit that there are some areas where you NEED to Z-target, such as the second phase of the last battle, but outside of that, don't do it at all.

I tried it a bit last night, and cripes. Enemies are a challenge with that, and pose an actual threat even with them hitting like wet paper towels.

I think I'll keep track of areas that require Z-targeting through this play-through and see how viable it is as a challenge.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I played this entire game left-handed, and did perfectly.

Seriously, they could've just kept the game the same as the GCN version and it would've been fine for me.

So don't worry about it. Just go with the flow and play left-handed. =D

Well, it's not her older form that I find attractive...
o.O

I did not expect that from him.

Me? Yes. Tails? Yes (if TP ever came out on the PS3 lolol). Acer? MAYBE, as a joke.

But PsychoJosh?

I don't know whether to feel something approaching warmth in the shrivelled and blackened raisin that is what remains of my heart (An unfortunate side effect of being a furry fan; you learn to work around it, though), or to feel a deep, unrelenting sense that the world has, at last, finally been fucked up beyond redemption and must be cleansed with great prejudice.

Not that I have a problem with furries, but Midna's not a furry, idiot. I like her for being a dark, cute loli girl.
So... basically when prompted with a choice between being a furry and being a pedo, you'd choose pedo?
