For me it depends on what I eat on a particular day. If I eat something that have multi vitamins in it like cereal and protein shake that day, the extra supplement is probably over doing it. But in general I believe eating clean most of the time is way better then spending money on a bunch of supplements. I make it a habit to check the ingredients in all products especially juices and other processed foods because although there are minerals and vitamins in the product, there still might be hidden sugars, weird and suspicious ingredients (additives, preservatives like MSG) , and always checking the serving size, calories and weigh if that serving is worth the money and value of it being consumed
