Yeah, no problem. Keep an eye out for an update to this post with a link.

Like I said, it can happen to any make or model hence why I may have some laptop LCD reports of this matter. But it IS the same thing.

"Horizontal and/or vertical banding is a problem in some LCD screens. This flaw occurs as part of the manufacturing process, and cannot be repaired (short of total replacement of the screen). Banding can vary substantially even among LCD screens of the same make and model. The degree is determined by the manufacture's quality control procedures. "

This isn't mine, but it is the same problem to give you an idea of what VB is. The lones run below light colours and above dark ones. Creating this laser with dust going through it effect when playing a moving picture.

I'll try and post one of my set later. One that I took before I sent it back.
Oh, thank you good Sir... and wow, I really misread your first post, that stuff is nasty!

Oh well, Good luck with your new screen... and well, I feel sorry that It happened to you. (Nothing worse than a faulty new toy)

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

It's all about Best Buy.

I had a Sony LCD last year, which I returned 5 times in a row.
Just for curiosity... massive clouding problem or just plain defective panel?

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
