Yeah, that's the patch that made it so I was able to play the game.

Hmm, strange. I have pretty much the same specs as you and I tried the exact same thing, however it didn't say it was setting the quality to Ultra Low, but rather just Low. Anyways, I tried to play and it was still way to lurchy to even try. Got any tips for me?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
