The Lion King: Mufasa's death and Simba's ascension to Pride Rock. The former always makes me cry, the latter is simply amazing, and beautiful. It gives me the chills every time.
Titanic: Jack's death and the remembering scene with Rose right before the credits. Again, tears. Naruto: The Third Hokage talking about the Will of Fire as the Konoha Ninja beat the shit out of the invaders. Fucking. Awesome. The Matrix: Neo's revival. Terrific scene.
