That's a shame, because you get to kill her at the end of the main quest.

My own choice would be Rosh Penin from Jedi Knight III (well, it's an action-adventure). He's a horrible, horrible character reminiscent of Jar Jar Binks. Annoying, very lame, and also a traitor. Ugh.
